You simply contact and inform us on what junk needs to be removed and where. You then decide if you will prefer a dump trailer rental for 1-3 days or if you would want us to come load and remove the junk for them. Once the scope is determined, you will be sent a contract in order to finalize the agreement. After the junk is removed from your location, it is taken to a local landfill to be dumped.
You have the option to use any of the payment options we provide. We accept payments through Zelle, Venmo, and Cash app. If you prefer to pay with a credit or debit card, we’ll provide you with a link prior to your scheduled rental, in order to complete the payment. Cash is also accepted in person. All payments must be processed prior to the drop off of the dump trailer or start of the job.
Yes. You can rent a dump trailer for up to 72 hours for a flat rate. If you require a longer rental period, each additional day after the initial 72 hours will cost $49.99.
Yes. We understand projects can get extensive and we are here to provide you with the support you need. Each dump trailer rental includes a standard load capacity of 1.5 tons(3000lbs). We are more than willing to take multiple loads per rental period. However, there will be an additional cost per extra load taken at a lesser rate than the first load.
For your safety and convenience, we do not permit our customers to tow the dump trailer themselves. Customers must determine a spot where the trailer can be parked for the duration of the rental period. If the customer requires the trailer to be dumped and returned, they must contact us, so we can dispatch a driver to dump the trailer and return it at the customer’s convenience. If the trailer has to be moved to a different spot at the same location, they must contact us and we will dispatch a driver to move it
